🌿 Individual Counselling (Adults)

One-to-one therapy in a confidential, supportive space where you can explore whatever feels important to you. This may include:

  • Anxiety and overwhelm

  • Low mood or depression

  • Stress and burnout

  • Bereavement and loss

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Low self-esteem

  • Life transitions

  • Identity and self-exploration

  • Feeling “stuck” or lost

My approach is primarily person-centred, meaning I work at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. Where helpful, I may gently introduce CBT-informed tools to support understanding patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.


💛 Bereavement & Grief Counselling

Specialist support for those experiencing loss, including:

  • Death of a loved one

  • Anticipatory grief

  • Complicated or prolonged grief

  • Loss through separation or life change

  • Non-death losses (e.g., role, identity, health)

Grief can feel isolating and unpredictable. I offer a compassionate space to process your experience without pressure to “move on” or be anything other than how you are.

Support for those experiencing:

  • Generalised anxiety

  • Health anxiety

  • Social anxiety

  • Panic symptoms

  • Overthinking and rumination
